General Information

How does the ordering and delivery process work?
We aim to make the ordering and delivery process as simple as possible. After placing your order, it takes 1-2 business days to process, and delivery typically takes 4-8 business days, depending on your location because of our central warehouse. You’ll receive a tracking code via email to monitor your shipment.

What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at info@worthitwear.com with your order number.

How do I return an item?
Contact our customer service team at info@worthitwear.com with your order details. If your return is approved, you’ll receive a return label and instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless specified otherwise.

Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds and Issues

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. If you don’t see the refund after 15 business days, please contact us.

What if my product is damaged or defective?
If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@worthitwear.com so we can make it right. We will replace damaged items free of charge.

Are there items that cannot be returned?
For now, all items can be returned. Please contact us when you are in doubt.

Shipping Information

What are your shipping costs?
Shipping is free for orders over €100. Orders under €100 have a shipping fee of €6.95.

What if my package is lost?
If your package is lost or not delivered within 30 days, we will send a replacement. Refunds are offered only after a second delivery attempt fails.

Do you comply with the EU 14-day cooling-off period?
Yes, EU customers can cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be in their original condition with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?
Due to our automated system, cancellations after placing an order may not be possible. Contact us at info@worthitwear.com immediately if you need assistance.

We strive for accuracy, but colors may vary due to screen differences. If you have concerns about a product’s appearance, contact us before purchasing.

How do I care for my items?
Follow the care instructions on the label. Typically, wash inside out in cold water with similar colors and air dry to preserve quality.
