Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact our customer service team at info@worthitwear.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Breemarsweg 16, 7553HR Hengelo, The Netherlands.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the buyer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages Items / issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Disclaimer for product images

Please note that while we make every effort to accurately photograph and describe our products in detail, due to changes in screen resolution, we cannot guarantee that every photo in production will accurately reflect the actual color of the merchandise. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about the color, material or size of an item.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. When you have to size up or down, the fastest way to get the correct item is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, the cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has received or accepted the last goods. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

As we work with a fully automated system, orders are executed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, most of the time we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us Worthit by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The revocation is completed when we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.

You can always try to email info@worthitwear.com if there went something wrong with your order. We will always try to look for a suitable solution. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@worthitwear.com.
