Shipping costs

- Orders of €70 or more: Enjoy free shipping as a thank you for your support!
Shipping your order
At Worthit, we prioritize efficiency and reliability in delivering your orders. To achieve this, we operate from a central warehouse that streamlines our inventory management and supply chain processes. In this way, we make sure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Below are the average delivery times for all our packages:
- After you place your order, we need 1-2 working days to process it. During the week, it takes a business day, but if you order on a Friday evening or at the weekend it may take a little longer.
- Once your order is processed, it will be shipped and will take an average of 4 to 8 working days to be delivered (depending on the country of destination).
If you have placed an order with us, you will be able to see when your package will arrive after just a few days. You will receive your personal tracking code by email, which you can use to track your order through our tracking partner.

Defective product?
That's a pity! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product is damaged during transport. In this case, we will always deliver a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund. Will it go wrong the second time? Then we will refund you the full purchase price.
Placing an order
The ordering process at Worthit is straightforward. First, you need to go to the product page and add the desired product to the cart. To do this, click on the "Add to cart" button.
Here it is important that you check that you have selected the right variants. If everything is in order, click on the "Checkout" box. On the information page, you need to enter the correct address details. Please make sure that all information is correct. If this information is filled in correctly, you can click on the "Continue Sending" button
The "Shipping" page gives you the opportunity to check the address data you have entered again. You can now proceed by clicking on the "Proceed to Payment" field.
When it comes to payment options, you can choose between different payment methods. On Worthit, all payment options are SSL encrypted, which means that you can always rely on a secure payment environment.

Lost a package?
In case a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we always send a new package before proceeding with the refund and return. If the order is not received 30 days after it has been shipped, the order can be refunded.
